About the Each and Everyone Foundation

Each and Everyone Foundation was founded in 2010 by parent, Jan Underwood, who saw a need for more accessible job training and inclusive jobs for

 adults with intellectual differences.

Our setting in Mingus, Texas is a hub of activity! We sell meals with meaning and mission along with job training for adults with differences.

Learn in real time! A job training experience with independent living and working alongside co-workers for two to 4 weeks or longer. The end result is a job placement within your own community.
