Our vocational on-the-job training program is a fast track to inclusive employment for your family member with intellectual differences.

Not only do we train participants to take advantage of meaningful employment, we also help them learn to live more independently by residing on site in one of our tiny houses.

Over the past 2 years, we have served over 12 individuals, six of whom have jobs within their own communities!  What better way to earn while you learn!  We can't guarantee everyone a successful career, but we can give them a great experience and a jump start in the community workforce.
